Competitive Winter Training
Winter Practice (12/1–2/13)
Mon–Fri 4:15–6:15 p.m.
Our indoor winter training program has two practice options for high school athletes: competitive (5x a week) and recreational (2x a week).
The LOCR Youth Competitive Winter Training program prepares high school athletes for the spring season by focusing on strength, endurance, and technique. Sessions blend indoor rowing, strength training, and cross-training exercises to build rowing-specific fitness.
This program is ideal for rowers aiming to stay active, enhance conditioning, and sharpen their competitive edge in a supportive, structured environment.

Recreational Winter Training
Winter Practice (12/1–2/13)
Tues & Thurs 4:15–6:15 p.m.
Our indoor winter training program has two practice options for high school athletes: competitive (5x a week) and recreational (2x a week).
This program is for high schoolers who opt for a lighter workout training load during the winter season. This program focuses on indoor rowing, strength exercises, and coordination drills.

Middle School Training
Winter Practice (12/1–2/13)
Tues & Thurs 4:15–6:15 p.m.
Open to all middle school youth, no experience required.
The LOCR Middle School Training program offers a fun and supportive environment for athletes to learn the basics of rowing, build fitness, and develop teamwork.
This program focuses on indoor rowing, strength exercises, and coordination drills. Each session includes skill-building and engaging workouts led by experienced coaches, making it ideal for those new to rowing or looking to stay active with friends in a low-pressure setting.

Billing
All youth programs are billed through this partner website and can be paid in full or in installments.
Winter (12/1–2/13)
Competitive Winter Training (5x a week): $900 in full or $300/month
Recretional & Middle School Winter Training (2x a week): $400 in full or $133/month
Regatta and trip fees are billed separately.
